Sometimes you just need a cookie and you need it fast.

These four-ingredient wonders use Bisquick baking mix and a box of instant pudding to skip all the measuring, sifting, and fussing that usually comes with baking from scratch.

Just stir everything together, roll into balls, flatten, and they’re out of the oven in under 10 minutes.

The pudding mix is the clever part. It adds flavor, moisture, and a soft chew that makes these taste like they took way more effort than they did.

Swap the pudding flavor to change the whole cookie: chocolate, butterscotch, lemon, pistachio. Your call.

Kitchen Tips

  • Use any flavor of instant pudding to completely change the cookie. Chocolate and butterscotch are crowd favorites.
  • Don’t overmix the dough. Stir just until everything comes together to keep the cookies tender.
  • Flatten the balls slightly with the bottom of a glass for even baking.
  • These are best eaten warm from the oven when they’re at peak softness.
