75 minForget pepperoni. This pizza is loaded with melted chocolate, crunchy peanuts, puffy marshmallows, and crisp rice cereal, all spread onto a pan and topped with coconut, candied cherries, and a drizzle of white chocolate.
It’s the kind of recipe that gets kids absolutely buzzing in the kitchen. Let them scatter the toppings, drizzle the white chocolate, and claim their own slice.
The base sets up firm in the fridge, giving you clean slices with a satisfying snap. Cut it into wedges just like the real thing and serve it on a pizza board for full effect.
This is birthday party material. Bake sale gold. Snow day salvation.
Kitchen Tips
- Melt the chocolate slowly over low heat or in a double boiler to avoid scorching
- Work quickly once the chocolate is melted, because it starts to set as soon as it hits the cool mix-ins
- Use red and green candied cherries for a festive holiday version
- Let the pizza chill for at least 30 minutes so it slices cleanly without crumbling
