Four ingredients, five minutes, and you’ve got a honey mustard dressing that beats anything in a bottle.

The base here is both sour cream and mayonnaise, which gives this a tangier, richer texture than versions made with just one or the other. Whisk them together first, then blend in the Dijon and honey, and adjust to your own sweet-to-sharp preference.

It scales up beautifully for a crowd and works just as well as a dip for chicken tenders or raw vegetables as it does over a green salad.
