This dessert pizza is basically a brownie that went to a party and came back covered in marshmallows, peanut butter cups, and walnuts. It bakes on a pizza pan, slices like a pie, and disappears faster than you can say “who wants seconds."

The crust is brownie batter mixed with crushed chocolate wafer crumbs, which adds a deep, almost Oreo-like crunch to the chewy base. After baking, mini marshmallows go on top and hit the oven for just three more minutes until they puff and turn golden brown. That toasted marshmallow layer becomes the gooey glue for everything else.

Chopped peanut butter cups and walnuts get pressed into the soft marshmallows while everything is still warm. As it cools, the toppings set into place and the whole thing firms up enough to slice cleanly.

Kitchen Tips

  • Don’t overbake the brownie base. Eighteen minutes gives you a fudgy center. Overbaked brownies turn dry and crumbly, and the pizza won’t hold together.
  • Watch the marshmallows like a hawk during those final 3 minutes. They go from golden to burned in seconds.
  • Press the toppings in gently while the marshmallows are still soft. Once they cool, nothing sticks.
  • Let it cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing. A warm pizza will be gooey and fall apart. That’s fun but messy.

Variations

  • Swap peanut butter cups for chopped Snickers or Milky Way bars.
  • Drizzle melted peanut butter or caramel sauce over the top after it cools for extra richness.
  • Add a layer of sliced bananas under the marshmallows for a s’mores-banana hybrid.
