Flour tortillas spread with a SPAM and cream cheese filling flavored with fresh dill and green onions, then rolled up with cucumber, sunflower seeds, and sprouts. A no-cook wrap that’s great for lunches and picnics.

SPAM gets blended with cream cheese, fresh dill, and chopped green onions into a savory spread that holds the whole thing together.
Layer on crisp cucumber slices, nutty sunflower seeds, and a handful of alfalfa sprouts, then roll it all up tight in a flour tortilla.
Chill for two hours so they firm up and slice cleanly in half. Pack them for lunch, bring them to a picnic, or set them out as a party appetizer.
Pro Tips
- Let the cream cheese soften fully before mixing so it blends smoothly with the SPAM.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap to hold their shape while chilling.
- English cucumbers work best here since they have fewer seeds and won’t make the wraps soggy.

Tried this on a whim, having seen the link in gmail. It was really gross. The spam mixture was incredibly salty, and the cucumbers released their liquid, making the wraps very slimy and unappetizing. Had to throw the rest out.
