Four ingredients, one blender, two minutes. This strawberry shake skips the ice cream entirely and uses plain yogurt instead, which gives it a thick, creamy body with a slight tang that plays off the honey and fresh berries.

It’s lighter than a milkshake but just as satisfying. Blend it up for breakfast, after a workout, or as an afternoon pick-me-up when you need something cold and sweet.

Variations

  • Frozen version: Use frozen strawberries instead of fresh for a thicker, frosty shake without adding ice.
  • Tropical twist: Swap half the strawberries for fresh mango or banana.
  • Protein boost: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or a tablespoon of nut butter.
