Pizza dough gets piled high with crab, tiny shrimp, pineapple chunks, mushrooms, olives, and two kinds of melted cheese for a seafood-loaded pie that bakes in 30 minutes.

Store-bought pizza dough makes it easy: just roll it out and start layering. Crab meat and tiny shrimp bring the ocean, crushed pineapple adds sweetness, sliced mushrooms and black olives bring earthiness, and diced green peppers add crunch. Top it all with a blanket of mozzarella and white cheddar, then bake until the cheese bubbles and browns at the edges.
Slice it hot and let the cheese stretch between pieces.
Kitchen Tips
- Use quality crab meat (lump or claw meat works great)
- Drain pineapple well to prevent a soggy crust
- Pre-bake crust for 5 minutes if you like it extra crispy
- Let pizza rest for 5 minutes after baking for cleaner slices
