This apple meatloaf might sound strange, but trust the process.

Chopped apples mixed right into lean ground beef keep the loaf incredibly moist while adding just a hint of sweetness that plays beautifully with onions and garlic salt.

Bake it as a traditional loaf, or form into patties and pan-fry for a quicker weeknight meal.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Combine all ingredients except bread. Soak bread in cold water, squeeze out moisture, shred, and add. Place in loaf pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Or form into patties, roll in bread crumbs and pan fry, or broil.

i haven't try this one but for your concens that i wanted to try to make it at home because its simple and easy to be quickly.
