When you need a quick appetizer that actually tastes fresh and vibrant, this is the one to reach for.

Cottage cheese and sour cream create a tangy, creamy base while diced cucumber, radishes, and green onion bring crisp little pops of flavor and texture in every bite.

A pinch of celery salt and black pepper is all it takes to season. No cooking, no fuss, just stir and chill.

Scoop it up with toasted pita triangles, crispy potato skins, or raw veggies like turnip sticks and bok choy leaves for something a little different.

Pro Tips

  • Use small-curd cottage cheese for a smoother, more scoopable texture
  • Dice the vegetables fine and uniform so every dip gets the full flavor mix
  • Let it chill at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors meld together
  • Drain any excess liquid from the cucumber before mixing to keep the dip thick
