Nothing is better than a bowl of hot and sour soup on a cold winter day. Fresh vegetables, garlic, ginger and scallions, and some udon noodles are cooked in a base of stock, soy sauce and rice vinegar. It warms you up within a few seconds with tons of flavors.

Only a few minutes, asparagus came out tender but still crispy, nicely browned mushrooms were great with asparagus, also before I took it out of the pan, I drizzled 1 or 2 tablespoons white wine to get all the brown bits at the bottom. Absolutely delicious, and will definitely make this recipe again.

Millet. Nutty and flavourful. Toasted and enriched with mushrooms, zucchini and, loads of toasted almonds. Ancient grains + flavour.

Definitely a five star recipe. I used salami instead of ham, because that was all I had at the moment, and it came out delicious.
