Chile garlic wet marinade paste, a blended rub of jalapeno, chipotle in adobo, garlic, scallion, and olive oil. Smoky, spicy, and garlicky, it tenderizes and flavors beef like flank steak before grilling.
Tropical rice side dish loaded with mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, toasted coconut, slivered almonds, and mango chutney. Ready in 30 minutes.
Thai pork with basil stir fries thinly sliced pork loin with garlic, chilies, and a full bunch of fresh basil in a soupy fish sauce broth. Ready in 25 minutes over rice or noodles.
Chinese stir-fry is quick and easy, also there is lots of flavor created during the process. In this recipe, boil noodles first, meanwhile stir-fry fresh vegetables; in the end mix them all together. You have a delicious one-pot meal served within less than half an hour.
A tantalizing and delicious pasta dish made with succulent chicken breasts, bell peppers and fresh mushrooms.
This is a great way to use up some leftover turkey breast. Not to mention after the holidays we all need a little weight watcher help!
A refreshing summer salad that is made with fresh and seasonal vegetables and berries. Low in fat and calorie, but packed with goodness. Feel free to use blueberries, raspberries, or a combination of all three.
My Chinese-American version of crispy fried chicken nuggets tossed in a savory citrus sauce with a touch of heat. Great served over hot rice.
Tomato and spinach omelette recipe that is perfect for a Sunday breakfast or brunch. Stuffed with juicy tomatoes, spinach, and cheese it's so quick and easy to make.
This quick and easy fried rice is very flavorful. The bell pepper, peas and carrots add some beautiful colors and crunchy texture into the fried rice, the Asian flavor from the sauce brings all the ingredients together and gives the fried rice tangy taste.
Grilled mahi mahi with pineapple soaks white fish in a gingered pineapple-soy marinade, then chars alongside fresh pineapple slices on the grill. A tropical island-inspired dinner.
Simply Incredible!!! I have never had a quiche recipe work for me. They always end up a soupy mess and leave me frustrated and dejected. This one turned out so wonderfully and gorgeous - pretty enough for company. It tasted fantastic. I used a quiche pan instead of a 9" pie pan(as I said I never had one turn out, but it doesn't stop me from trying) ;-) If you like chorizo and want to try a quiche recipe that is totally fool proof - THIS IS THE ONE!!! Yummy!!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
I forgot to add the yoghurt and it was still superb. I used sun dried tomato instead of bacon for a vegetarian option. Definitely to be repeated!
This is my copycat of the popular salad sold at McDonald's. It's the only thing I eat off their menu and I was anxious to replicate it at home.
One skillet Chinese style beef and pepper stir fry. Makes a quick and easy all in one weeknight meal.
An easy butter baked cod topped with crunchy almonds. No fuss, easy clean-up and tastes great. A nearly perfect fish main dish. Norwegian or Atlantic cod works well as does any other firm fleshed white fish.
