Chicken stir fry with broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and bell pepper in a savory onion soup-mix sauce. A pantry-friendly weeknight dinner in 30 minutes.
Nothing says lovin like some spicy Louisiana cooking. I absolutely LOVE making this when I have the time. I'm toning down the amount of creole seasoning that I use, because I tend to be a little heavy handed with it. The amount is an approximate - season to your taste. Fell free to substitute cajun seasoning for the creole. It's all about personal preference. Enjoy!!
Our Indian-Tibetan friend came to our place this past Monday, this vegetarian biryani recipe was the main dish we made for him. It was quite flavorful and tasty, he certainly enjoyed it, and so did we.
Quick and easy to prepare. Crispy veggies, perfectly cooked shrimp with a nicely balanced sweet and sour glaze that highlight the flavor of the tender shrimp.
Quick, easy and delicious. An ideal week day dinner.
Quick, easy and fuss-free. Made this dish for Sean's lunch yesterday, and he absolutely enjoyed it. Followed the recipe, and used some mixed frozen stir-fry veggies we bought from Costco, it was a wonderful combination.
When I cooked this dish I didn't believe in good lunch today.. how wrong I was.. all my taste buds were busy and jolly.. my YES..
Sweet, sour and slightly spicy. Cucumber, sweet bell pepper, carrots, wood ears and smoked tofu are tossed with rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, soy sauce and Korean chili pepper. A very tasty side dish that goes well with all your favorite Korean dishes or most of the main courses.
After a few potsticker recipes, I finally made my very first bunch of pot sticky buns (another popular food in China). They came out soft, and quite delicious. Nicely browned and crispy at the bottom. It's an excellent way to use up some of our fresh veggies.
This flavorful and tasty stir-fry takes no time to cook, a wonderful meatless dish can be served with rice, noodles or steamed buns.
Soy sauce, sichuan hot chili oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar... These tangy Chinese seasonings make this quinoa and edamame salad taste absolutely flavorful, and it's a delicious salad that can be served as a side dish or a main dish; warm, at room temperature or chilled.

A twist on a different oriental spaghetti recipe I found created this easy yet flavorful Asian stir-fried spaghetti with veggies for dinner last night!
An exciting blend of vegetables and spices is sealed inside wrappers, then baked until crisp. Delicious and crunchy without deep frying! I’ll keep it short today. I’d like to think that all or almost all of you already know how to make spring rolls. They are one of my fave finger foods and ever since I’ve come across the oven-baked version, I’ve nominated them as my no1 Savoury Stuff, way better than deep fried street food and packaged crisps/ chips.
Easy to prepare, and it's loaded with yumminess. Crunchy sugar snap peas, browned mushrooms and tofu cubes with some sweet bell pepper and carrots make this quick and tasty dish ideal for a week-night meal.
