This year I switched CSAs, to one that was a bit more fruit-heavy (so I thought). It turns out, this CSA share is 75% fruit, leaving me with a whole heck of a lot of peaches. I had saved this recipe for Oven Roasted Peaches from Real Fit Mama, but it turns out that I totally bungled my grocery list, and didn’t have most of the ingredients.

These fish contain Omega-3 fatty acids which are good blood thinners and many B vitamins. Who said fish and chips weren’t healthy? We aren’t waiting for the 2nd June!
