Made this pasta with veggies for supper yesterday, and I was impressed. I wan't sure that if there would be enough flavor, and it actually came out quite tasty. I did add a bit hot chili sauce. A quick, easy and yummy one-pot meal.
It tasted very refreshing and flavorful. The leftover was kept in the fridge and had it for brunch today, even better.
A tasty way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. It includes leeks and mushrooms along with the turkey in a traditional flaky pastry.
The best thing of this recipe is that you don't have to wait the dough to rise, you can make these rotis happen within about half an hour. And they taste delicious!
A modern Asian twist brings this pasta salad to new heights. Udon noodles with crunchy snow peas glazed with a lemon-pepper coconut dressing and bursting with fresh basil and cilantro.
A quick, easy and delicious stir-fry, serve it over a bed of rice, yum!

A veggie hating friend was over dinner and declared "wow, if my mom made vegetables like this!" as he went for seconds. The maple coated cashews are excellent in this recipe and the gentle touch of sweetness balanced with the curry is great.
Indian vegetable rice pilaf with potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, green beans, and cashews bloomed in mustard seeds, ginger, garlic, and curry powder. A one-pot oven-baked pilau ready in 35 minutes.
Loved the idea of infusing curry, chili powder and cumin seeds in the oil, which made the curry oil so flavorful. The combination of apples, bell peppers, celeries, raisins, and peas (I used peas instead of snow peas) was delicious with the curried rice.
A very different twist on tradional pasta/macaroni salad. Loaded with ingredients, this could be a meal in itself.
This is the other dhal we made yesterday, when the cooking was close to the end, added some spinach that was cooked with garlic, dried hot chili peppers and mustard seeds, which gave the dhal extra zing and tang, another delicious dhal recipe, of course another good recipe that you can serve with naan bread and raita :)
I love curry but I like it simple with lots of curry sauce. This is easy and delicious
Very easy to make, and packed with deliciousness. I ate it directly without anything else aside, like a whole meal for me. You can stir in one or two scrambled eggs at the end of the cooking to boost the protein.
Flavorful and colorful. A classic Indian dish, the combination of yogurt, tomatoes, potatoes, rice and spices is super tasty and fills you up. Serve it as a side dish with a tangy stew or a main dish with some refreshing chutney.
Slightly sweet orange Asian flavors dressing coats the sweetness and crispness of the sugar snap peas in this light quick and easy side dish.
