Flour tortillas get brushed with olive oil spiked with basil, oregano, and garlic powder, then loaded with diced turkey breast, sweet bell pepper, fresh tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella.

Baked directly on the oven rack, the tortilla crisps up into a cracker-thin crust while the cheese melts into bubbly, golden goodness. Eight minutes. That’s it.

Directions

In custard cup combine basil, oregano and garlic powder with olive oil.

Lightly brush both sides of each tortilla with oil mixture, top with3 tablespoons cheese.

Heat oven to 400℉ (200℃).

Sprinkle equal amounts of turkey, green pepper and tomatoes.

Place directly on rack in middle of oven; bake 8 minutes until
